fatty and i have officially decided our Mondays are “Mastication Monday”
chicken enchilada with homemade “mole” sauce (it really came out more like ranchero but still delish), rice and beans, negra modelo.
fatty and i have decided to officially cook a new recipe and try a new wine every monday because we have nothing else to do. so tonight i made steak with homemade béarnaise sauce, twice baked potatoes, and sauteed vegetables, paired with chardonnay.
now i’m full and drunk and watching toby being all extra sexy on pretty little liars.

did no one else have purple potatoes when they were younger? maybe it’s just because it was my favorite color, but my mom used to make them all. the. time. jordan and mike didn’t believe it was a real thing.
